Shipping what does it cost?
All packages are sent with Postnl. If you order from the Netherlands, you have several options for delivery. Below is an overview of the options. Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany do have the following shipping costs:
Up to € 50.- Shipping is € 3.99
Above € 50.- Shipping is Free
Choose the time when you want to receive the package Delivered at home or at work between 6 pm and 9:30 pm
To which countries does Swissarabian.nl ship?
www.swissarabian.nl accepts orders and only delivers as standard in the following countries: Netherlands / Netherlands Belgium / Belgium Germany / Germany If you want to order from another country, please contact us by email. We will then email the invoice including adjusted shipping costs, after which you can transfer it. After payment is received, your order will be shipped.
Returns Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase. Within these 14 days you have the right to claim the right of withdrawal. What do you want to return? Do you want to return an ordered item within 14 days? This is possible if the packaging of the consumable is unopened and the contents are unused. Both product and packaging must look neat, not torn or dented. Or to be in its original condition.
How do I return a product?
First check whether your return order meets the following conditions: Packaging is complete and not dented or torn. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount to the account with which you paid within 5 working days. The shipping costs for returns are for your own account. This does not apply if it concerns a damaged or incomplete item, it will be reimbursed.
Does your return shipment not meet the conditions?
Opened items that do not meet the above conditions remain your property. These items will be returned to you and the costs incurred will be charged. We will contact you and charge the return costs. After payment is received, we will send the item back to you.
Has your return not arrived?
Swiss Arabian Netherlands cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not reach us. So consider whether you want to send your shipment registered and insured.
Can I also exchange a product?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange. You can return the product you do not like, it is for sale and upon approval by us, the amount of the item will be refunded to the account where you paid for the order. You can then order a new product in our webshop.
Refund shipping costs If your product was the only product in the outbound shipment, you will also receive a refund of any shipping costs you paid for the outbound shipment. If your item was not the only product in the outbound shipment (and you kept other products), you will not receive a refund of the shipping costs you paid for the outbound shipment. The costs you incur to return a product to us because it has to be exchanged or credited are for your own account. For the return of a defective product, the standard amount of € 7.25 will be reimbursed to the customer.
